<p>According to the present invention, the polycarbonate resin of a container for a precision member contains a chloride ion (Cl-), a fluoride ion (F-) and a sulfate ion (SO42-) to be eqal to or lower than 2 ppb when a solution as a neglected mixture of the polycarbonate resin with water is detected by ion chromatography (IC). The container for a precision member is capable of carrying and storing a precision member without damaging the precision member which can be easily damaged by a trace amount of impurities or contaminants.</p> |
