<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament with a long life and a compact size as well as an incandescent lamp.SOLUTION: A filament is made up of at least two coils, that is, a first single coil and a second single coil connected in parallel to the first single coil. The first single coil and the second single coil are arranged such that their main axes are coaxially disposed. Turns of the second single coil are located in a gap between adjacent turns of the first single coil. A coil outer diameter of the second single coil is greater than a coil inner diameter of the first single coil, and a coil inner diameter of the second single coil is smaller than a coil outer diameter of the first single coil.</p> |
