PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape measuring system capable of reproducing a fine pattern while maintaining accuracy of matching between shape information and images.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape measuring system includes: a shape information storage unit storing shape information measured by a shape measuring unit that can measure a surrounding three-dimensional shape; a first picked-up image storage unit storing a first image picked up by a first imaging unit; a second picked-up image storage unit storing a second image picked up by a second imaging unit wider in angle of field than the first imaging unit; and a color information attachment unit that attaches the color information of the first image and the second image to the shape information.
