摘要 <p>The present inventions relates to a land and city monitoring method using hyper-spectral images and, more specifically, relates to a land and city monitoring method using hyper-spectral images of which an accuracy detection of an artificially modified area have been improved by: generating DSM from hyper-spectral images of an area taken at different times; extracting the modified areas from the computation of the superimposed image; and excluding the extracted water areas and vegetated areas from the spectral characteristics of the hyper-spectral images. The method comprises: (S10) a step of inputting two or more hyper-spectral images of the same area, the exterior orientation parameter of the hyper-spectral images, and the photography information of the hyper-spectral camera which was used to take the hyper-spectral images into a detection system; (S20) a step of calculating the relative orientation of the hyper-spectral images performed by the detection system to which the image data were inputted; (S30) a step of generating the digital surface model (DSM) based on the shape edges and conjugations between the hyper-spectral images confirmed by the detection system with the relative orientation; (S40) a step of superimposing the DSM where the detection system superimposes the DSM of the same area taken at different times, calculates the difference in the height of each section which are equally divided, and confirms with the transformed area; and (S50) a step of detecting the modified areas where the detection system extracts the water areas and vegetated areas using the spectral information of the hyper-spectral images and excludes the extracted areas from the modified areas.</p>
