PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a DC power supply device including a storage battery effectively in a power generation system using photovoltaic power generation means.SOLUTION: A power storage system 100 includes photovoltaic power generation means, DC power supply means for storing a part of the DC power generated by the photovoltaic power generation means and the DC power obtained by converting the AC power from a power system, and discharging the DC power, DC/AC conversion means for converting the DC power supplied from the DC power supply means into AC power and supplying the AC power to a load device, and power consumption detection means for detecting power consumption of the load device. The DC power supply means controls DC power supply to the DC/AC conversion means, based on the power consumption of the load device detected by the power consumption detection means. |
