PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member for electrophotography formed by bonding a fluororesin layer on a cured silicone rubber layer by use of addition-curable silicone rubber adhesive, configured to stably maintain elasticity of the cured silicone rubber layer and to stably ensure image quality of an electrophotographic image.SOLUTION: A fixing member for electrophotography includes a substrate, a cured silicone rubber layer, and a fluororesin layer to be bonded on the cured silicone rubber layer. When microhardness of a cured silicone rubber constituting the cured silicone rubber layer is Hμ0, and microhardness of the cured silicone rubber which is further hardened after immersed in methyl hydrogen silicone oil for 24 hours is Hμ1, Hμ1/Hμ0 is 1.5-5.0. The cured silicone rubber layer contains a titanium oxide crystal having an anatase structure.
