The present disclosure is related to a device for performing physical activity in sitting position. This invention is designed for people who do not have enough time to exercise regularly because of the type of life any individual has. This device is supported by a front support (10A) and a back support (10B) in the form of an inverted "V", and which are in charge of distributing and supporting the weight applied thereto; the supports (10A, 10B) have a convenient inclination at the bottom of each side, this supports (10A, 10B) likewise have anti-slip rubbers (12A,12B,12C,12D) in each of the ends; in the outer face of the supports (10A,10B) oriented towards the center of the device, two grooves are welded (13A,13B) each one having transverse bores (13C), where the main axis is placed (20), having certain degree of height adjustment which may be necessary to perform the exercise; in such a way that the main axis (20) is screwed down to the grooves (13A,13B) by a butterfly screw (22A,22B ). In the middle part of the main axis (20) the support axes are assembled by means of welding (21A,21B), having at each end, a spherical joint (31A,31B), and in each of these spherical joints, the pedals (30A,30B) are assembled. The pedals (30A, 30B) have a cut in their back part (30C,30D) respectively to be able to place the shoe heel, therfore helping the feet placement on the pedals (30A,30B) taking care of the joints of those who use the device. The present invention also comprises a counter system with which it processes the signals to generate data and that can be transmitted wirelessly to a computer or smartphone. |
