PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner and a power generation system having small power consumption at the stoppage of power generation, with a suppressed manufacturing cost increase, in the power generation system using a plurality of power conditioners.SOLUTION: In a power conditioner, having a feed path 11 for supplying power from a power system 3 to a control unit 7, for automatically closing a switch at the stoppage of power generation in a solar cell panel 1, there is provided in the feed path 11 a connector device 14 for switching an electric path to be open/short by a manual operation. When a plurality of power conditioners 2 are connected in parallel to a power system 3, connector devices 14 of other power conditioners excluding one power conditioner 2 are removed, so that power consumption in the other power conditioners 2 is reduced. |
