PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an austenitic stainless steel welding material having excellent polythionic acid SCC (Stress Corrosion Crack) resistance, high-temperature strength and also having excellent aging characteristics, weld crack resistance and economical efficiency.SOLUTION: The austenitic stainless steel welding material has a chemical composition which contains, by mass, ≤0.02% C, ≤2% Si, ≤10% Mn, 10-40% Ni, 15-25% Cr, 1.5-5% Cu, ≤0.05% Al, 0.2-1.0% Nb, >0.1% to ≤0.45% N and the balance Fe with impurities, where [40≥Ni+0.31Mn+22C+14.2N+Cu-Cr-1.5Si-2Nb≥-2] and [Cu-10C-(Nb/10)≥1.3], and where the contents of P, S and O in the impurities are ≤0.03%, ≤0.02% and ≤0.02%, respectively. The material may contain one or more selected from the group consisting of Mo, Co, W, V, Ti, Ta, B, Ca, Mg and REM in a specific amount instead of a part of Fe. |
