PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high count rate and high resolution signal processor.SOLUTION: A first analog-digital converter performs analog-digital conversion to generate a digital data of an electric charge by using an integration output from an integrator which performs integration processing on an electric charge corresponding to an electromagnetic wave in parallel to the integration processing of the integrator. A histogram creation section creates a histogram which represents an energy distribution of the electromagnetic wave based on the digital data generated by the first analog-digital converter.
