<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust inductance while simply ensuring linearity of an inductance change rate associated with a trimming process.SOLUTION: A loop antenna 31 is configured by: a loop line 35 wound around an antenna substrate 41; a branch line 38 branching from a branch source part 35a of the loop line 35; four trimming lines 36; and a dummy line 37. The four trimming lines 36 are formed so as to be in parallel with the branch source part 35a of the loop line 35 and divide a part surrounded by an opposite part 35b, the branch source part 35a, and the branch line 38 into parts so that parts other than the part closest to the branch source part 35a of the divided parts have approximately the same predetermined area. Each interval between the #1 to #4 trimming lines is made to be approximately the same. The dummy line 37 divides a part surrounded by the #4 trimming line 36d and branch source part 35a so that area of the divided part on the #4 trimming line 36d side is approximately the same as the previously described predetermined areas.</p> |
