The present invention relates to a polylactic acid resin which is environment-friendly and is useful as a packaging material due to its properties including excellent heat resistance and flexibility, and a packaging film comprising the same. The polylactic acid resin comprises a hard segment comprising a polylactic acid repeating unit; and a soft segment comprising a polyurethane polyol repeating unit in which polyether polyol repeating units are linearly linked via a urethane bond, wherein the polylactic acid resin has an organic carbon content (%Cbio) from the biomass source of 60 wt% or more.
