In a method of controlling route of angiocatheter using optical coherence tomography according to the present invention, the following stages are comprised: inserting a catheter into a blood vessel of the subject; injecting a contrast medium into the blood vessel and filming an X-ray image; capturing a 3D optical coherence tomography (OCT) image around the catheter while moving the catheter; positioning the catheter in the blood vessel by using the X-ray image and the 3D OCT image; displaying the position of catheter in the X-ray image; and controlling movement path of the catheter based on the displayed position. |
