<p>The system (10) has a discrete suspension element (20) extending from a fixed end (21) cooperating with a winch (15) toward a free end (22) adapted for connecting to a load (100). An additional positioning unit (25) positions the free end situated plumb with the free end. A main cutting unit (30) and a relief cutting unit (40) are arranged to cut the suspension element. The main cutting unit is attached to the winch. The relief cutting unit is fixedly secured to the additional positioning unit without help of a tool.</p> |
