The present invention relates to a sample setting means used to extract sample liquids necessary for an analysis of a specific component from a sample using an accelerated solvent extractor (ASE), and, more specifically, to a sample setting device comprising: a sample input tube having a transparent material, inserted into an extractor body of an extracting kit for the ASE, buffer sealing rings disposed in upper and lower ends of the sample input tube; and a filter support ring for supporting a fiber filter inserted into a bottom inner circumferential surface part of the simple input tube. Therefore, a job of inputting an absorbent of an interference material and the sample in a laminating method to an upper part of the fiber filter is visually confirmed, so that an input of a more accurate sample and a setting job can be performed, and, accordingly, reliability for various kinds of analysis results can be greatly increased by optimizing a composition of the sample liquids extracted from the ASE. When only a low-priced sample setting device is required in the state of minimizing contamination generated from the inside of a high-priced extracting kit, the device can be replaced, from which a use life span of the extracting kit can be maximally extended. An economic and reasonable extracting method that can use even the absorbent processed with strongly acid or strongly alkaline is provided, and, further, the extracting kit having the volume of 34ml can be used as one having the volume of 22ml, so that compatibility of the extracting kit can be improved.
