<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive sheet excellent in thermal conductivity in the thickness direction intersecting perpendicularly the surface direction of the sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In a thermally conductive sheet 1 having a thermally conductive material 2 and a shape retaining material 3 for retaining the shape of the thermally conductive material 2, the thermally conductive material 2 is provided to have a plurality of paths 4 arranged at spaced intervals in the surface direction of the thermally conductive sheet 1 and extending along the direction intersecting the surface direction and permit at least two paths 4 adjacent to each other to continue at the front surface and/or the back surface of the thermally conductive sheet 1; and the shape retaining material 3 is provided to be filled between two paths 4 adjacent to each other. The thermally conductive sheet 1 has excellent thermal conductivity in the thickness direction of the sheet. Therefore, as a thermally conductive sheet 1 excellent in thermal conductivity in the thickness direction, the thermally conductive sheet 1 can be used for various kinds of heat dissipation applications. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
