The present invention relates to a process and medium for producing succinic acid at a high concentration by using Actinobacillus succinogenes, and more specifically, to a method for producing succinic acid by using very excellent carbonic anhydrase as a medium component, wherein the method has 1.2 times higher manufacturing yield in liquid cultivation than that of the existing cultivation type and significantly reduced manufacturing costs. |
