The objective of the present invention is to provide a device and a method for improving high frequency elimination and power quality by using condensers and a reactor coil, capable of: improving efficiency by alleviating unnecessary frequencies in a reactor coil to increase a power factor of power compared to an existing manner of using several reactor coils; and economically improving power quality by remarkably reducing the number of the necessary equipment. The device comprises: a single reactor and a condenser body. The reactor includes the same number of coils wound as that of input power terminals. The condenser body includes: one or more fuses; switches which are connected to one or more fuses one on one; condenser units which are respectively connected to the switches and include two serial condensers per a switch; and a ground switch and a ground condenser which have one side connected to the condenser units and the other side grounded, wherein the fuses are connected to the middle part where the coils in the reactor are coiled up, thereby economically and effectively improving power quality by remarkably reducing installation and maintenance costs using a single reactor unit and multiple small condensers compared to the existing manner of requiring at least three reactor units and large delta condensers, and improving energy efficiency due to small energy loss. |
