<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass film laminate capable of preventing the damage of a glass film and capable of being enhanced in its handling properties. <P>SOLUTION: The glass film laminate 10 includes a support film 11 and the glass film 12 provided on the support film 11 through a self-adhesive layer 13. The glass film 12 has a width smaller than the width of the support film 11 and the width of the self-adhesive layer 13. The glass film 12 is arranged so that the support film 11 and the self-adhesive layer 13 protrude from both sides of the glass film 12, and the side regions 14 of the support film 11 and the self-adhesive layer 13 are formed on both sides of the glass film 12.
