PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture device which suppresses the amount of used microorganisms for wastewater treatment and propagates microorganisms by culturing them, and enables periodic cleaning of the culture tank.SOLUTION: The culture device 30 is provided which propagates the microorganisms by heating a culture solution containing the microorganisms to a predetermined temperature suitable for culture of the microorganisms. A treatment tank 33 of the culture device 30 is configured to have a water tank 35 which accommodates supplied water and is equipped with heaters 42 for heating the water, the culture tank 36 which accommodates the culture solution containing the microorganisms and cultures the microorganisms, and partition plates 34 extending vertically for partitioning the water tank 35 and the culture tank 36. Each partition plate 34 is formed with a notch 37 for overflowing water, stored at a level equal to or higher than a predetermined water level in the water tank 35, to the culture tank 36. |
