<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder-compressed molded product for medicines or foods that is hard enough and requires small ejection force, when ejected from a mortar of a tableting machine and a method for producing the molded product. <P>SOLUTION: The powder-compressed molded product for medicines or foods is obtained by tableting a raw material ingredient mainly composed of a powder in mortars, includes spherical particles of an inorganic material, and contains in the raw material ingredient a release promoting additive for reducing the ejection force necessary in ejecting the powder-compressed molded product from the mortars after being molded. An inorganic material particles with an average particle size of 0.1-230 μm are suitably used for the release promoting additive mixed in the powder-compressed molded product. Preferably the release promoting additive is mixed in an amount of 0.1-5 wt.% to the total amount of raw material composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
