<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably obtain resin particles having a sharp particle size distribution by an easy solvent-removing method and with high productivity using a solvent solution of a resin and high-pressure carbon dioxide. <P>SOLUTION: A step of mixing a solvent (S) solution (L) of a resin (b), fine particles (A) or a dispersion (P) of fine particles obtained by dispersing (A) in (S), and carbon dioxide (X) with pressure of 1.5 MPa or more to produce a dispersion (Y) obtained by dispersing resin particles (C1), obtained by depositing (A) on the surfaces of resin particles (B1) containing (b) and (S), in a dispersing medium (X0) containing (X) and (S), and then removing (X) and (S) from (C1) and (X0), is included in a method for producing resin particles (C) obtained by depositing or coating (A) on the surfaces of resin particles (B) containing (b). The method for producing (C) includes a step of cooling for decreasing the temperature of (Y) to Ta (°C) (the heat generating peak temperature during temperature drop in DSC measurement of (L)) or lower when removing (X) and (S). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
