<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope system for simultaneously processing a plurality of images, capable of easily discriminating a kind of operation performed for each image. <P>SOLUTION: An image signal obtained in the electronic endoscope 20 is subjected to prescribed image processing procedures in first and second image processing circuits 32 and 33 respectively to obtain first and second images, and the images are simultaneously displayed in a monitor (a display means) 40. Announcement sounds are set for setting of the first and second image processing circuits 32 and 33 respectively, and announced by an announcement sound generating part (an announcement sound generating means) 34. Discrimination can be performed immediately and easily with the announcement to know which image processing is applied to which image, and to know the switching of the operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
