The present invention relates to an automatic necktie having a fixing means, wherein a necktie, without surrounding a neck, is fixed detachably by the fixing means to prevent excessively tightening around a neck to allow for comfort wearing sensation and decrease sensory temperature in hot weather, and the fixing means which is exposed to one side of a collar and can serve as an accessory. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the automatic necktie having the fixing means comprises: an apron part; a tie part which is connected to the upper end of the apron part and formed in a shape of a tie, and in which an automatic-lock mechanism is arranged on the back side thereof; a tip part which is placed on the rear surface of the apron and is engaged with the automatic-lock mechanism to move upwards and downwards along the tie part depending on locking or unlocking of the automatic-lock mechanism; a connecting band which is connected to the upper end of the tip at both sides respectively; and the fixing means which is arranged on the end part of the connecting bands and fixed detachably to both sides of a collar. |
