<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte solution of which overcharge characteristics are improved and preservation characteristics are also improved, and to provide a lithium secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: In the nonaqueous electrolyte solution, lithium salt is dissolved in a nonaqueous organic solvent, and the nonaqueous organic solvent contains at least one kind or more selected from a group of saturated cyclic carbonate, chain-like carbonate, and aliphatic carboxylic acid ester exceeding 90 vol.% in a sum total ratio, and further, a fluorine substituted aromatic ester compound as expressed by the following general formula (1) is contained 0.01-10 wt.% to the total weight of the nonaqueous electrolyte solution. The battery having the electrolyte solution is provided. Formula (1): Xn-Ph-OCOR<SB>1</SB>. In the formula, Ph is phenylene group, R<SB>1</SB>is a hydrocarbon group of carbon number 1-12 which may be substituted by fluorine atom, X is fluorine atom or a fluorine substituted alkyl group of carbon number 1-12, and n is an integer of 1-4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
