The present invention relates to: an acryl optical film in which a first primer layer comprising a water-dispersible poly-urethane resin is formed on one side and in which a second primer layer comprising at least one of water-dispersible polyester resin and water-dispersible acryl-based resin is formed on opposite side; and a polarizing plate comprising the same.
