<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of effectively avoiding corrosion of a structural material not by high-cost means of replacement with a special structural material when carrying out an ozone treatment on radioactive waste water containing chloride ions in the presence of a manganese dioxide catalyst under a high-temperature condition that the catalytic activity of the catalyst increases. <P>SOLUTION: As an intermediate process between an ozone oxidation treatment process and a solid-liquid separation process, a treatment method includes one of a treatment water residence process for causing surplus ozone which remains in the treatment water without being reduced in the ozone oxidation treatment process to decay through self-decomposition and a bubbling process of expelling the surplus ozone which remains in the treatment water without being reduced in the ozone oxidation treatment process from a liquid phase to a vapor phase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
