<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a video monitoring recorder other than a video monitoring recorder getting out of order between a plurality of video monitoring recorders to alternatively continue to record video data even in such a case without any omission, at low costs. <P>SOLUTION: A video monitoring recorder includes: a reception part 301 which receives the same video data as video data that the other video monitoring recorder 20 records; a temporary recording medium 303 where the video data received by the reception part 301 is temporarily recorded; a state monitoring part 304 which monitors the state of the other video monitoring recorder 20; and a recording control part 306 which reads the video data out of the temporary recording medium 303 and records the data in a recording medium 307 if the state monitoring part 304 recognizes that the other video monitoring recorder 20 is in a recording failure state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
