The present invention provides solid state forms of Fidaxomycin, processes for preparing the solid state forms, as well as pharmaceutical compositions and formulations comprising one or more of the solid state forms of Fidaxomycin, and processes for the preparation of of the compositions and formulations. The solid state forms of the present invention exhibit advantageous properties such as improved reliability and reproducibility manufacturing and processing and stability in formulations.
