The present invention provides a conductive polymer aqueous dispersion and an antistatic coating liquid containing the same, wherein the conductive polymer aqueous dispersion includes: a conductive polymer aggregating agent having anions existing in the outside thereof; and tertiary amine bonded with the anions to improve compatibility with an organic solvent. The conductive polymer of the present invention is post-treated through tertiary amine, thereby remarkably improving compatibility with a co-solvent and storage of the antistatic coating liquid. |
