<p>The present invention relates to an electric compressor inverter and a driving method thereof. The electric compressor inverter includes: a converter unit which drops down to and outputs a first voltage; an inverter unit which controls an action of a motor unit by converting the received first voltage into alternate current and operates using a voltage which is input from the converter unit; a relay which provides or blocks power of a power device to the converter unit and the inverter unit; a low voltage output circuit which is connected to the power device and drops down to and outputs a second voltage; and a control unit that controls the inverter unit, and controls to turn off the current of the electric compressor inverter when the output voltage from the low voltage output circuit included in a preset range. According to the present invention, the stable system can be provided since repeated on/off operations of the relay, which occur when the inverter is turn off only in a low voltage, are prevented.</p> |
