<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter of a sheet material which prevents increase in the number of components resulting from attachment of a protection cover for protecting a blade edge, is manufactured at low cost, and also prevents increase in labor hours for assembling the protection cover to the product.SOLUTION: When a sheet material P is cut, in a cutter 10 of the sheet material, a protection part 12c of a protection cover 12 is pressed against the sheet material P thereby causing a blade edge 11b to protrude from a cutout part 12d toward the sheet material P and contact with the sheet material P. The cutter 10 of the sheet material includes an attachment plate part 13 connected with a cutting blade base part 11a and a cover base part 12a. A cutting blade 11, the protection cover 12, and the attachment plate part 13 are integrally formed by one metal plate material.</p> |
