<p>A service method and system for increasing a paying rate and retention in a game using the social network are disclosed. The service method implemented by a computer comprises the steps of: managing item data on items and gift items applicable to services which are provided to a user; managing user data on other users networking with the user in association with the services; and providing the gift items to at least one of the other users based on the item data and the user data when the user purchases the items. Therefore, when a user purchases items in a game using a social network, the service method and system provide gift items associated with the purchased items to other users networking with the user, and which leads to the user′s payment.</p> |
