PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IPS-LCD that minimizes light leakage in a dark state of an inclination angle to have high contrast characteristics and low color shift in front of the IPS-LCD and for the inclination angle.SOLUTION: Light leakage in a dark state of an inclination angle is minimized to provide an IPS-LCD having high contract characteristics and low color shift in front of the IPS-LCD and for the inclination angle. The present invention relates to design conditions and manufacture of a compensation film of the angle of field that can improve the contrast characteristics in front of the IPS liquid crystal display and for the inclination angle by using a negative biaxial retardation film and a +C- plate, and minimize color shift due to the angle of field in the dark state.
