PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent that can construct a biocompatible surface by effectively covering surfaces of instruments or substrates in various shapes with a polymer containing a phosphorylcholine group.SOLUTION: A nanosheet dispersion liquid is provided, which is prepared by cutting the following nanosheet into fine pieces having an area of 10 mmor less and by dispersing the fine pieces in a dispersion medium: the nanosheet comprises a polymer containing at least 1 mol% of a repeating unit having a phosphorylcholine group and having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 or more, and has a thickness of 500 nm or less. The polymer contains a repeating unit including a structural unit having a phosphorylcholine group, shown by formula (I) or (II) below, by at least 1 mol%. In the formulae, X represents a single bond, an oxygen atom, or one of -COO-, -CONH-, -OOC- and -CHO-; Y represents a single bond, an alkylene group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or an oligooxyalkylene group; and m represents an integer of 1 to 6. |
