The present invention provides a method for dispatching configuration. The method includes that: a centralized control unit configures coordination parameters for different nodes, and a distributed dispatching unit within each node dispatches user resource of the present node. An apparatus for dispatching configuration is disclosed in the present invention. The apparatus includes a configuration unit and a dispatching unit, and the configuration unit, arranged in a centralized control unit, configures coordination parameters for different nodes; and the dispatching units, arranged in each node, dispatch user resource of the present node. With the technical solution of the present invention, the problem of the time delay of non- coordination user induced by backhaul transmission in centralized dispatching mode is overcome; by the coordinating configuration to the parameters being relative semi-static or changed slowly, the dispatching flexibility of user is not affected in the situation of realizing system transmission. |
