Adaptor with flexible tip coupled to a wire needle for a circular stapler ogival troca; the invention corresponds to a surgical instrument with a hollow or solid flexible conical end which continues with surgical wire of variable material and gauge, provided with a curved or semi-curved straight needle, and another, rigid end that may be coupled to the ogival rod of a circular surgical stapler. The use thereof relates principally to videolaparoscopic surgery, providing secure transfixing of hollow visceral tissue to be anastomosed. It aims to facilitate manipulation of the trocar/ogival rod assembly, to minimize the risk of inadvertent damage to the tissues to be anastomosed and consequently to reduce the risk of the occurrence of anastomotic fistulas.
