The invention also relates to nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides as well as methods of producing and using the polypeptides.

1. An isolated polypeptide having glucoamylase activity, selected from the group consisting of:
(a) a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 90% identity to the mature polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 2, of SEQ ID NO: 4 or of SEQ ID NO: 6; (b) a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 90% identity to the catalytic domain shown as amino acids 22 to 476 of SEQ ID NO: 2, of SEQ ID NO: 4 or of SEQ ID NO: 6; (c) a polypeptide encoded by a polynucleotide that hybridizes under medium-high stringency conditions with (i) the mature polypeptide coding sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, of SEQ ID NO: 3 or of SEQ ID NO: 5, (ii) the cDNA sequence contained in SEQ ID NO: 1, of SEQ ID NO: 3 or of SEQ ID NO: 5, or (iii) a full-length complementary strand of (i) or (ii); and (d) a polypeptide encoded by a polynucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence having at least 90% identity to the mature polypeptide coding sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, of SEQ ID NO: 3 or of SEQ ID NO: 5.
