USE OF DETERMINING MARKER FOR OPTIMIZING THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF ANTI HUMAN PD-1 ANTIBODIES AGAINST CANCER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can prescribe anti-human PD-1 antibodies more effectively in cancer treatment, to provide a method for predicting or optimizing the therapeutic effect thereof, and also to provide a determining marker which can be used in the method thereof.SOLUTION: The invention can select cancer patients who can be expected to obtain a therapeutic effect of anti-human PD-1 antibodies in future by capturing more than a certain variation of some kinds of determining markers in blood after the start of administering anti-human PD-1 antibodies compared with before the start of administering, and provides a novel prescription of anti-human PD-1 antibodies in cancer treatment.
