<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet guide device for an assembly device capable of shortening whole length of the assembly device, in the assembly device having a number of assembly stations.SOLUTION: A linear lower side guide rail (first guide rail) 21 and an upper side guide rail (second guide rail) 22 are formed in parallel with each other from a right end to a left end. On the lower side guide rail 21 and the upper side guide rail 22, 14 pieces of rectangular plate-shaped assembly pallets 23 are arranged at equal intervals respectively. The 14 pieces of assembly pallets 23 move by one pitch simultaneously by being guided by the lower side guide rail 21 and the upper side guide rail 22, and a barrel is sequentially conveyed from an assembly position of a predetermined step to an assembly position of the next step. The assembly pallets 23 circularly move between the lower side guide rail 21 and the upper side guide rail 22 in a clockwise direction, so that they are used repeatedly.</p> |
