<p>In the present invention, provided is a pharmaceutical composition with angiogenin as an active ingredient for treating wounds of corneal endotheial cells. The present invention relates to a novel use of angiogenin for treating eyes wherein the angiogenin is well known for generating an angiogenesis and activates PI3K/Akt path in corneal endotheial cells of eyes, thereby improving capacities like movement and proliferation in the corneal endotheial cells, even though corneal endotheial cells have no self-proliferating capacity, and leading to treatment of the wounds of corneal endotheial cells.</p> |
