<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device that suppresses the influence of change in temperature to enable the wavelength sweeping over a wide band.SOLUTION: A light source device includes: a surface light-emitting laser that includes a movable mirror, a mirror arranged opposite to the movable mirror, and an active layer arranged between the two mirrors; mirror driving means for moving the movable mirror to a position where laser oscillation is not possible; laser driving means for injecting current to the surface light-emitting laser; storage means for storing position information on the movable mirror including a mirror position where laser oscillation is not possible and a mirror position where laser oscillation is possible; and control means for determining the timing to start the injection of the current to the surface light-emitting laser based on the position information outputted from the storage means, and controlling the laser driving means.</p> |
