LIGHT SOURCE MODULE AND DISPLAY APPARATUS

Provided are a light source module and a display apparatus, wherein a light guide plate can be accurately aligned within a plane. This light source module is provided with: a substrate having a light source mounted thereon; a light guide plate that outputs, from one surface, light transmitted from the light source and inputted from an end surface; a frame body covering the peripheral edge of the light guide plate; and a fixture that fixes the substrate to the frame body in a state wherein the substrate is sandwiched between the frame body and the fixture. The light source is provided with a plurality of LEDs that are disposed in parallel to each other along the end surface, and the fixture is provided with an aligning section that aligns the light guide plate in the direction in which the LEDs are disposed in parallel to each other.
