PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable, in a system in which a plurality of component carriers exist, measurement information held by a base station apparatus and terminal apparatuses (mobile station apparatuses) to be efficiently managed.SOLUTION: A radio unit (203) of a terminal apparatus communicates with a base station apparatus by carrier aggregation using a plurality of in-range cells. Each of the plurality of in-range cells has a frequency different from all the others, and receives setting messages including measurement setting from the base station apparatus. The measurement setting includes the object of measurement and report setting, and the object of measurement, which is linked to the report setting, indicates the measurement frequency. The report setting includes certain standards. A radio resource control unit (209) determines a first cell out of the plurality of in-range cells on the basis of the object of measurement included in the measurement setting, measures the first cell and, using the measurement of the first cell, evaluates whether or not admission conditions for an event matching the event identifier of the report setting are satisfied. |
