The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a thermoelectric module comprising a substrate and at least one conductive or semi-conductive polymer film deposited on a surface of the substrate, which method comprises a step (12) of manufacturing the conductive polymer film independently of the surface of the substrate and the transfer (14) of the conductive polymer film to the surface of the substrate. The transfer (14) comprises: immersing (26) the conductive polymer film in a transfer bath so as to obtain a conductive polymer film that is solvated, self-supporting and capable of matching the shape of the surface of the substrate; applying (28) the conductive polymer film in the solvated state thereof onto the substrate such as to match the shape of the surface thereof; and drying (30) the solvated conductive polymer film.
