<p>A safety shutoff remote smart gas meter, comprising a base meter body provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet thereon, a shutoff valve being installed on the gas inlet; the gas meter further comprises a signal acquisition and processing circuit and a terminal microcomputer controller for the safety shutoff remote smart gas meter, the shutoff valve being connected to the controller via a shutoff valve control circuit; the signal acquisition and processing circuit acquires in real time the volume of the gas flowing through the base meter body, immediately transmits the gas volume to the controller, and upon detection of abnormal conditions, such as a small flow leak and abnormally large flow in the base meter body output, closes the shutoff valve on the base meter body in time and generates an alarm, thus avoiding combustion or explosion due to excess gas leakage and protecting lives and property of people.</p> |
