<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage production apparatus facilitating cleaning the inside of a bean chute. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage production apparatus includes the bean chute 40 mounted between a coffee bean canister 30 and a coffee mill 50, receiving coffee beans from the coffee bean canister 30 through a bean receiving hole 42a, and dispensing the coffee beans into the coffee mill 50 through a bean dispensing hole 43, and produces a coffee beverage from the coffee beans milled by the coffee mill 50 and hot water supplied. In the beverage production apparatus, the bean chute 40 includes a substantially C-shaped chute body 41, and a chute lid 42 removably fitted to the inside of the chute body 41.
