<p>The invention relates to a production method for producing a 40-60/60-40 PLLA/PDLA stereocomplex polymer with a mean molecular weight of at least 15,000 Daltons including a mass polymerisation of LL-Lactide to form PLLA, a mass polymerisation of DD-Lactide to form PDLA followed by mixing, without a solvent, the two previously produced polymers with proportions of 60-40/40-60 in the presence of an initial catalytic system used during the polymerisation of the PLLA and the PDLA and optionally in the presence of unconverted L-Lactide and D-Lactide at a temperature higher than the PLA melting temperature but not exceeding the temperature of 250°C. The PLLA/PDLA stereocomplex polymer thus produced is stabilised, demonomerised if necessary, and then granulated.</p> |
