Provided are a non-aqueous electrolyte liquid for a secondary battery, which has excellent lithium ion conductibility and voltage resistance and is suitably used in a lithium secondary battery, and a high output power lithium secondary battery containing this non-aqueous electrolyte liquid for a secondary battery.
