<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for coating film forming in which bonding force between titanium oxide fine particles and adhesion with a substrate are improved, making easy to permeate electrolyte solution by forming suitable meso pores, and capable of obtaining sufficient electron conductivity, in case of forming of a coating film with the use of an inexpensive device at a low temperature condition. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for coating film forming contains titanium oxide fine particles (A) with a mean particle diameter of 5-500 nm, and a titanium oxide binder (B). The titanium oxide binder (B) includes both anatase titanium oxide fine particles (B1) with a mean particle diameter of 0.1-10 nm (smaller than that of the titanium oxide fine particles (A)) and titanium alkoxide (B2) coexisting, and drying solid shows crystallinity at a temperature of 150°C or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
